You're My Fate - Part 2

Part 2 of the story continues.

I just need to give this story a title, so let's call it "You're My Fate"✨

Continuing from where we left off, as he returned home, I usually habitually refresh myself as soon as I get back home after traveling. While I was out of the bathroom, my phone rang; it was a call from Mr. — yes, I sometimes call him Mr. I rushed over to my bed and picked up the call. He was in line. "Hello?" I said. He asked, "Can I see you tomorrow like today?" There was a moment of silence from my side. After I asked him why he wanted to meet someone he barely knew. Before I could finish my question, he responded, "I just feel like. Sometimes, we can't search for a reason." With a giggle, I replied, "No, we're not meeting tomorrow," and I hung up.

The next morning, I went to my office. I had my daily tasks and overdue work to complete, so I didn't think much about him. I returned to my PG at sharp 6 pm. There was a call from him asking, "I am near your place. Can I visit you?" I had no other option but to say yes. I nodded my head and remembered I was on the phone, I verbally agreed. I Personally hate the mobile phone and internet era; back then, it was slow and steady, and people had the patience to wait for things. He enthusiastically agreed, but to my dismay, he forgot about the buns and apologized profusely. I reassured him that I didn't actually need them now; I just asked on a whim. He just wanted to make sure I was okay with riding on the bike with him. I nodded, indicating I had no issues. After all, we are in the era of bike taxis, so there shouldn't be any problem. This wasn't my first bike ride with him, as you know. He rode through some streets; it was already dark. I didn't feel like returning to my PG; as you know, I feel stuck there. We passed by a closed shop on a street with a beautiful view of street lights. I love watching street lights, especially when it's lightly drizzling — I absolutely love rain 🌧️.

As I was admiring the streetlight view, he sat beside me. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, I moved slightly. He seemed upset, thinking I was ignoring him. Making a big move, he positioned himself on the right corner while I sat on the left. Seeing the disappointment on his face, I made myself comfortable and shifted to the center, asking him to sit closer to me. With a great smile, he moved closer...
